Calling for Side Events and Exhibition at 3MCCRVS
TAGS

The Third Ministerial Conference on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (3MCCRVS) in Asia and the Pacific is set to take place from 24 to 26 June 2025 at the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC), Bangkok, Thailand. In addition to the main sessions in the conference, participants will be given the opportunity to engage in dynamic side events and an interactive exhibition, both of which are designed to foster knowledge exchange and showcase groundbreaking initiatives in Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS).

Engage through side events

Side events will offer a platform for stakeholders to discuss challenges, share innovations, and explore solutions to strengthen CRVS systems across the Asia-Pacific region. Hosted by ESCAP, UN agencies, development partners, and other organizations, these events will provide valuable insights into advancing universal and inclusive civil registration.

Discover the exhibition

Running alongside the conference, the 3MCCRVS Exhibition will serve as a hub of innovation, bringing together interactive displays, digital tools, and real-world case studies that highlight progress in CRVS systems. Participants will experience first-hand the latest technologies, strategies, and partnerships driving improvements in civil registration, data quality, and accessibility.

Be a part of the conversation

Both the side events and exhibition present unique opportunities to engage with policymakers, practitioners, and researchers at the forefront of CRVS. By participating, organizations can enhance visibility, share expertise, and contribute to shaping the future of civil registration and vital statistics in Asia and the Pacific.

Open calls for both side events and the exhibition will be sent out in the near future. For queries, contact escap-crvs@un.org with the subject: 3MCCRVS Side Event & Exhibition.
