This survey provides key baseline data on the status of CRVS in Cambodia. This data will be used as a benchmark to monitor Cambodia’s progress towards achieving the targets set in line with its National Strategic Plan for Identification as well as the Regional Action Framework. The survey also identifies factors that contribute towards inequality in registration and proposes recommendations for improvement.
