Establishes the Family Relations Register, issues individual certificates such as Basic Certificate, Marriage Certificate, and Family Certificate. The purpose of this Act is to prescribe matters concerning the registration of establishment of and changes in family relations such as the birth, marriage, death, etc. of people and other matters concerning certification thereof.
