The event is jointly organized by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, Korea Development Institute School of Public Policy and Management (KDI School) and the Ewha Womans University, in collaboration with the World Bank Group, to bring together high level experts and government officials to share and discuss the key prevailing issues in building system for CRVS and National Identity Management Systems as well as the launch of the CRVS eLearning course. The CRVS eLearning course has been a collaborative effort of the World Bank Group, Korea institutions, Global CRVS Group and the Open Learning Campus. The launch marks a major milestone considering that there is currently no comprehensive course for CRVS training. 

Korea’s e-government, resident registration system, and vital statistics system will be introduced and demonstrated on the 22th. On the second day, there will be the launch of CRVE eLearning course along with the panel sessions on CRVS capacity building and open learning campus.
