The purpose of the Act is to promote the convenience of residents’ livelihoods and to properly process administrative affairs by clearly ascertaining the residential status of residents
The concrete aim of the Workshop is to bring together the National Focal Points for the project on inclusion and sustainable development in building the ASEAN Community through ensuring the recognition of the legal identity of all women and children in ASEAN. Through a consultative process the Workshop is designed to discuss the research phase of the project and to obtain feedback on the questionnaire, its methodology and the report outline.
Establishes the Family Relations Register, issues individual certificates such as Basic Certificate, Marriage Certificate, and Family Certificate.
The workshop for selected National CRVS Focal Points is aimed at strengthening capacities for setting national targets and collecting, compiling and disseminating information on the targets of the Regional Action Framework. In addition, the workshop will equip National CRVS Focal Points to be champions of the regional CRVS initiative within their countries, thereby supporting the implementation of the Regional Action Framework. The workshop will also give Focal Points the tools to lead the process of developing national multisectoral CRVS strategies in their countries.
In the following interviews held on the sidelines of the Third meeting of the Regional Steering Group for CRVS in Asia and the Pacific, participants discuss a number of topics related to CRVS.
Provides a brief overview of the current status of CRVS in Cambodia
The purpose of this document is to serve as a guidance tool for producing vital statistics reports from civil registration systems. It is intended especially for countries that have little or no prior experience with preparing such reports. The tool may also serve as a standardized approach for continental and international reporting. It was prepared by Statistics Norway.
The scope of activities for this consultancy is to take forward and finalise a draft version of the CRVS tool-kit in consultation with a designated technical advisory group for the region. Also, the activities will include creating a program for a workshop to test the viability of the CRVS tool-kit in close collaboration with a Bali Process member state.
